There are 2 types of booth options:

1. Information Display Only Booths
2. Vendor or Selling Goods & Services Booths

 

Option 1. Information Display Booths

Fee includes tent hire, table 150cm long, 2 chairs, vendor parking for 1 car, park entry for 2 people staffing the booth, free entry to the Asia Justice Marathon for 2 people

 

Option 2. Vendor Goods & Services Booths

Fee includes tent hire, table 150cm long, 2 chairs, vendor parking for 1 car, park entry for 2 people starring the booth, free entry to the Asia Justice Marathon for 2 people, additionally % of sales donation to BABSEACLE Foundation’s access to justice initiatives. We will have signs at each NGO/Foundation booths promoting customers donate to your organisation in addition to purchasing products from your booth. NB. All donations will not incur administration/processing fee.

Early Bird Option – must confirm & make payment between 16 Jul 2017 – 30 Oct 2017

Regular Option – must confirm & make payment between 1 Nov 2017 – 31 Dec 2017

NB…No applications will be accepted after 31 Dec 2017

Payment will be due upon signing of the “vendor agreement”.

Once paid, registration fees are non-refundable.

The fair will be a cashless payment system making it hassle free for participants to purchase goods and make donations to your organisation.

This means that all booth’s selling goods and raising donations will use of scanner supplied by PouchNation. The scanner will scan the customers wristband recording the purchase of merchandise, food, drink or donation at the event. There is no need to have your booth staff handling cash.

Training on how to use the scanner and wristbands work will be provided on Friday 19th January 2018.

All participants will wear wristbands to make purchases and/or donations. They will pick up their wristbands when they collect their Asia Justice Marathon packet or on the day of the event at the Registration Table.

After the event, each booth selling goods and raising money will be given an electronic file showing details statistics on their sales, items, donations etc.

Having a cashless fair will allow more time to engage with your customers and supporters.
